Under the leadership of the Haritha Kerala Mission, the water security activities have started in the second phase in the local self-governing body areas where the water budget has been prepared. In this regard, the workshop 'From Water Budget to Water Security' held in Thiruvananthapuram on 13th February formulated further actions to be implemented at the practical level. Navakeralam Karma padhathi state coordinator and Haritha Keralam Mission Vice Chairperson Dr. TN Seema said that technical assistance and expert advice for scientific water conservation activities will be provided to the local self-government bodies through the coordination of the Green Kerala Mission from the Water Authority, Water Resources Department and other missions and agencies.
